Based in Stranraer and covering all DG8 and DG9 postcode areas, Loreburn Housing Association has a dedicated Employability Key Worker to help young people aged 16-24 years old into employment, training, or education. The person-centred service is tailored to each individual and aims to develop their skill, qualifications and knowledge for them to pursue and maintain a career in which they aspire to. In addition to employability skills such as CV writing and interview preparation, the Key Worker can also support through activities to develop confidence, communication skills, and resilience.
