The Springboard Charity help disadvantaged and unemployed people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life to fall in love with hospitality, leisure and tourism, and gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to flourish in a lifelong career within these amazing industries.

Springboard works with and for these industries to advocate, support and celebrate fantastic hospitality, leisure and tourism businesses and address any skills and staffing shortages.

We deliver courses from 121 support, to 2 days to 5 weeks both face to face and online.

You can gain qualifications in Food Safety Level 2, SCPLH (Personal Bar License) and World Host-Principles of Customer Service, all great qualifications to help you get into employment.

We also have fun practical days where you will learn tray carrying, tray carrying, pouring drinks and making cocktails/mocktails and how to provide amazing customer service.

If you need help with your CV, interviews, confidence building, positive work mindset, job search, we deliver sessions on these and many more, we are there to support and guide you throughout the course. And after you get into work, we are still there for you anytime you need us.

Springboard also work with many employers, and once you are on our courses we can look at getting you set up with interviews for that perfect job role.
