CHAP provides advice and support to those facing challenges with their benefits, housing, and debt. Our advisers can help with a huge range of issues; anything from benefit checks, completing application forms, and requesting housing repairs to negotiating with creditors, exploring debt options, providing representation at court and tribunals – and everything in between.
We are committed to making our services as accessible and flexible as possible. Appointments can be carried out face-to-face, over the phone, or by video call. Our network of outreach facilities allows us to engage with people face-to-face in their own community and offer one-to-one support in a familiar, trusted venue close to home.
