Ambition Agreement is structured plan and a person-centred approach between a young person aged 16 to 19 and a key worker aimed at supporting them into employment, education, or training.
The aim of the agreement is to build up:

Personal development
Employability skills
Barrier removal and access to training as well as in-work and aftercare support to sustain a positive outcome throughout includes:
Qualification Gained:E-Learning Qualifications in sectors such as Social Care Construction Business Administration Retail Hospitality
Course Length:ongoing rolling support offer
Eligible Groups:Not in Full Time Education, In Receipt of Benefit, Disabled Person, Lone Parent, Homeless / At Risk of Homelessness, Care Experienced, Ex-Offender, Substance Misuse, Health Conditions, Long Term Unemployment, Additional Support Needs
Attendance Pattern:This is based on the young person and the personal action plan. At least 8 hours per week to be eligible for the full £55 per week allowance
