Engagement: Initial meeting and registration , action planning, etc
Barrier Removal: Assessments, guidance, advice, information, referral to specialist partners
Training/Vocational Activity: Sourcing appropriate vocational and non-vocational training, labour market information, job applications, interview preparation, etc
Progress into work: Employer engagement, customer matched to suitable opportunities, immediate aftercare.
Sustaining work: Ongoing aftercare for participant and employer, progress in employment.
