The East Ayrshire Options Programme supports East Ayrshire residents aged between 16 – 64 who want to enter the world of work but need help whether that be building confidence, developing core skills, gaining work experience, developing CVs and Interview Skills, or gaining qualifications and sector skills.
Whether you are at the very start of your journey into employment and are unsure what you want to do, or returning to work after having a family, just want a career move and need to gain new skills, or need to create a CV, we can support you!
What we do that’s different is we come to the person, and can support them in their local area which helps reduce transport issues, and gives more flexibility to fit around the persons needs.
To start things off we will invite the person to a Warm Interview where we find out more about the person and how we can support them and they can find our more about us and decide whether we are the right choice for them.
