Supported Employment Service called Triple E.

Working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, East Renfrewshire Council, Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council, we deliver a supported employment service called Triple E. This person-centred 1-2-1, supported employability service assists individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and/or other disabilities into long-term employment. We focus our attention on meeting each individual’s job aspirations or wishes,  by elevating everyone’s existing skill set, we treat everyone equally, our 1-2-1 service working together, we will produce excellence.

We believe in a Scotland where people with learning disabilities or autism have the same opportunities as everyone else and are supported to achieve these goals, have the financial independence to achieve what we at VIAS esteem to be the Three Great Pillars of Life, to be able to work, afford your own home, and the opportunity to have a relationship.
