The role of the Resettlement Employment Support Adviser is to engage with and work with primarily the Ukrainian Community but also any migrant who moves in to or lives in East Renfrewshire. We are looking to progress them into work, education, training or voluntary options. We can support with;

interview techniques
engage with employers on client’s behalf
search and access suitable job training, education and voluntary options
engage with other organisations who have an input to the client’s progression
