Info Box

Employability programmes work a little differently from other courses, especially when it comes to eligibility. For example, someone from Glasgow wouldn't be eligible for a programme taking place in North Ayrshire, and vice versa. Check the Postcode Eligibility tab in the Things to Know section to make sure this programme is open to you.

About this programme

Virtual Money House (VMH) helps young people in, or about to move into housing, manage their money and remain independent.

Participants gain practical financial and digital skills to pay their rent, bills and living costs whilst making informed choices about their future. Attendees can receive an SCQF Level 4 in Personal Money Management from SQA.

Our expert helps young people become more confident about money and living on their own by providing real-life skills in a unique setting that brings financial education to life and helps prevent homelessness.

At TMH there are no lectures. Interactive games and activities involve young people in every aspect of their learning. Our Lead Trainer is trained, tested and enthusiastic.

Particpants will receive a hot lunch plus travel expenses.
