Supporting young people aged 16-24 years old to identify their individual goals and ambitions, recognise any barriers to progression, and actively move towards employment, training, placement, education, or volunteering in line with their aspirations.
Programmes are very individual and flexible to best meet each person’s unique needs.

Support includes:
Creating and updating CVs and Cover Letters
Assistance with application forms
Interview skills and preparation
Establishing job search skills
Identifying strengths and areas for development
Confidence building, time keeping, budgeting skills
Assistance to obtain documentation such as Young Scot Card, Passport, birth certificate
