We offer support to remove personal and vocational barriers and help to achieve a Qualification, Employment, Modern Apprenticeships or Further Education/Training.
Am I eligible? Next Steps may be the service for you, if you are: • Living in East Renfrewshire • Aged 16-24
How does it work? Once you choose to take part, we will provide: • Employability support – developing interpersonal skills, building a CV, job searching and practicing for interviews • Interventions to address vocational and personal barriers to employment • Group sessions and 1:1 support available • Opportunity to complete an SQA qualification (Employability Award) • Work experience and work tasters opportunities in local area • Support into employment/further education or training.
