I am passionate about helping young people reach their potential and increase their mental health and wellbeing so they can achieve the things they set out to, whether that is in school, work or personal life. I have been a teacher for 15 years and a professional wellbeing coach for the past 4 years.
Full Colour Coaching consists of evidence-based coaching and wellbeing science, backed by research to help young people get from where they are to where they want to be. The coaching is an incredibly supportive and empowering process, where young people are listened to in a safe environment, to help them overcome challenges and find the solutions within themselves for how they want to move forward. We cover character strengths, limiting beliefs and unhelpful thoughts, different coping strategies for anxiety, looking at how to build confidence and motivation, along with many other topics that are personalised to each individual based on their needs.
