All in Aberdeenshire supports individuals aged 16-67 who are unemployed, not in education or training and, have health related barriers to work. We also provide support to parents who are looking to improve their current employment or explore a change of career.
Our Employment Coordinators offer support at Stages 1-5 of the Skills Pipeline and can help you to identify your career goals and create a tailored Action Plan. In addition to this we offer 1-2-1 advice and training, work tasters/work experience, support to job search and ‘In Work’ support, to help you continue to learn and develop while in your new job.
