All in Highlands is a Supported Employment programme for those who are unemployed, aged 16+ (or at school leaving age), and have a disability or long term health condition. It is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
AiH offers 1:1, end-to-end, person-centred support. Participants are matched with a local employment coordinator who will meet with them in their local community and support them to achieve aims based on their own personalised action plan.
Our support is tailored to your individual action plan, so everyone’s journey with All in Highlands looks different. However here is some of the support you can expect when you join All in Highlands:
Our team are based throughout the entirety of the Highlands including Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch & Strathspey, Lochaber, Wester Ross, Skye, Ross-Shire, Sutherland and Caithness. Our local coordinators understand the challenges and opportunities that exist within local communities across the Highlands, and have established strong partnerships with employers, training providers and community groups in within their own areas. As one of the largest employment and skills providers in Scotland, we have a track record of success in delivering services that work and influencing change for a more inclusive Scotland. This includes our work with employers from across the Highlands to provide them with bespoke training around diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
