CEIS Ayrshire delivers the Employability Pipeline in North Ayrshire to support individuals aged 16+ of all backgrounds into employment, education or training.
Our Key Workers will assess your current circumstances and discuss the best route for you to progress and will offer you a variety of support options to help you on your journey. We offer an extensive package, and this can include 1:1, online or face to face employability training and a large catalogue of accredited training to suit your needs.
Our Employer Engagement Team will also support you to progress in to employment, sourcing vacancies and speaking to local employers on your behalf.
