Project aimed at 16-24 year olds, living in Aberdeenshire North and who are furthest away from education and work, who are struggling to engage due to the pandemic.

Gaining confidence, motivation and learning new skills through activities, hobbies and interests. This might be an existing interest or something you’d like to try.

The programme is guided by the belief that it is a person’s unique strengths and capabilities that will determine their journey as well as define who they are – not their limitations.

A bespoke flexible learning plan will be created with each young person.

  • One to one support available
  • Small group sessions with similar interests
  • Online sessions or Face to face
  • Walk & talks plus outdoor activities until restrictions are lifted
  • Personalised plan, building on strengths and abilities
  • Learning in different ways
  • A fun way to meet new people, learn new skills and have opportunities to do more!

Here's something you should know

Info Box

Employability programmes work a little differently from other courses, especially when it comes to eligibility. For example, someone from Glasgow wouldn't be eligible for a programme taking place in North Ayrshire, and vice versa. Check the Postcode Eligibility tab in the Things to Know section to make sure this programme is open to you.
