Join our friendly, equal supported gardening group at Eglinton Community Garden as a volunteer and develop your horticultural skills. Learn how to plant, take cuttings, and create garden structures using basic joinery skills while learning how to use a variety of hand and power tools.
If successful you may be able to move on to our 6-month paid training programme where you will have the opportunity to gain an SQA qualification in horticulture, gain confidence in your decision making and develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, all of which are key when moving into the world of work
