Fair Start Scotland is a Scottish Government funded employability support service. It is a voluntary service providing tailored, flexible and person-centered support to unemployed people who want help to find work and stay in work.
The service is available across the Forth Valley and is delivered locally by Clackmannanshire Works (part of Clackmannanshire Council) in partnership with Falkirk and Stirling Councils.
The Fair Start Scotland service is tailored to meet individual needs and circumstances, with a variety of interventions delivered to meet those needs and remove barriers to accessing work. We recognize that some people need support and guidance to find the right job, but others can benefit from our wider services around health and wellbeing, money advice, and skills development.
