If you want to work in catering, then the first step is for you to get a Food safety certificate. Our friendly and experienced trainer will give you all the support you need to get this valuable qualification and even help you to get in touch with employers too. We deliver this in Dumfries and Stranraer or if you are an employer looking for a certificate for your employees, we can attend your premises to deliver.
Please note, this course this course is funded through Skills Development Scotland’s ITA funding programme. Eligibility criteria:
aged 16 or over
not in education or involved in any other Skills Development Scotland funded programme
unemployed and looking to get back into work OR
employed, earning £22,000 or less per year and looking to progress in or change your job
resident in Scotland
