Our six week employability provision, for 16 – 24 year olds, provides a range of core workshops combining one to one and group sessions with clear outcomes identified for each day of the timetable building towards actualization of individual SMART goals and Individual Training Plan. Along with specific topic workshops, accredited SQA learning modules and integrated recruitment activities, an optional two week work experience taster is offered. Participants will identify preferred positive destination route (Job, Modern Apprenticeship, FE or volunteering routes) and focus on activities to support their goals.

Participants not in receipt of benefits, will receive a training allowance of £55 per week paid directly into participants’ bank account at the end of each week.
