Our free six-week Get into Early Learning and Childcare course will give you the training, skills and experience you need to start a career in nurseries.

 

The course is open to young people based in Glasgow City Region

The course runs from 9am- 4pm Monday to Friday for six weeks.

The course takes place at Tigers Training Centre (Suite 1, C1 City Park, Alexandra Parade, G313AU) with travel required for placements.

You’ll undertake modules in:

  • Working in Early Learning and Childcare
  • Development and Wellbeing of Children and Young People
  • Play in Early Learning and Childcare

You’ll also get the chance to undertake a work placement in a nursery

You’ll gain a qualification in Pediatric First Aid

PVG check is required and provided
