Next Steps is a personalised support service for people with additional support needs or a disability within East Renfrewshire. We offer support to remove personal and vocational barriers and help to achieve a Qualification, Employment, Modern Apprenticeships or Further Education/Training.
The programme will provide –
• Employability support – developing interpersonal skills, building a CV, job searching and practicing for interviews • Interventions to address vocational and personal barriers to employment • Group sessions and 1:1 support available • Opportunity to complete an SQA qualification (Employability Award) • Work experience and work tasters opportunities in local area • Support into employment/further education or training.
