This phase is aimed at young people aged 16-25, who should be able to work safely in a group situation. Students without any formal qualifications, but with life experience and who can demonstrate interest in the subject area will be considered for entry.

Whats involved: Team Building, Community Project, Team Challenge, Digital Skills, Work Placement, Personal Development, Presentation Skills, Employability Skills, My Bank Qualification (money skills) and Next Steps.

This course is 5 days per week for 18 weeks.

Funding is available for this course and applications will be assessed on an individual basis.

Upo successful completion of this course you may have the option of progressing to another HIVE/college course/training provider or employment/volunteering opportunities.
