How does it work? Progress for Parents will: • Match you to a dedicated Employment Coordinator who will offer • 1:1 and group support • Support to help increase confidence and personal motivation • Source work placements/work trials • Opportunity to complete an SQA qualification • Explore training and education opportunities • Help build your CV • Give job searching and application support • Prepare you for Interviews • Offer employer guidance and in-work support
