This online package is suitable for those wishing to get into the Hospitality industry or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. This training will deliver instant impact and holders of the qualification will have the knowledge and skills to enable them to work as an effective server in hospitality. On successful completion of this training package candidates will receive the following certificates:
• Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service
• Highfield Scottish Training for Alcohol Retailers and Servers
• Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering
Please note, this course this course is funded through Skills Development Scotland’s ITA funding programme. Eligibility criteria:
aged 16 or over
not in education or involved in any other Skills Development Scotland funded programme
unemployed and looking to get back into work OR
employed, earning £22,000 or less per year and looking to progress in or change your job
resident in Scotland
