Fair Start Scotland is a voluntary employment support service to help the unemployed return to the labour market. We support local people with Health conditions and barriers find sustainable employment. The contact centre is the front end of the programme and we help with onboarding participants, fielding enquiries and referring to correct provider for the participants area, also ensuring that all Key delivery indicators are met.
