About this programme

Apply Make a ReferralAn 8week programme for young people in Renfrewshire aged 16-19. Young people will spend 4 weeks in our training centre in Lochfield in Paisley, taking part in personal development and confidence building activities. They will then complete a 4 week work placement in a sector of their choice. This can include but is not limited to construction. trades, retail, customer service, admin, health and social care, childcare.
Young people will have access to vacancies sourced by our team, site visits and employer talks and well as CV building, support to apply for jobs and access to accredited training.
Young people not on benefits will receive an allowance of £60 per week.
