STEPS to Excellence helps people build a stronger sense of self and expand sense of potential and possibility. This enables participants to move beyond where they have became stuck, so as to live more fulfilling and successful lives. For example helping long-term unemployed people develop the motivation and self-belief to complete their training and find jobs as well as helping parents develop new effective parenting skills.
