This project works with anyone of any age who is looking to get into work or back into work and requires help with soft skills such as confidence or mental health.  We work to ensure you become the best version of yourself and work towards gaining employment.

We believe that for people to want to work, they need the confidence and support to gain and keep employment. Our project uses community cohesion at its hearts, creating bonds, and support networks and utilizing a No Wrong Door approach to reach and teach every area of a user’s life, in which they want to engage, to ensure that employability is not only an endpoint, but it becomes a valued goal to each user. The training on offer, digital skills, environmental awareness, software use, and many more will teach lasting values and skills that can be used to help within any area of their future journey, as well as the connections they will gain.

Here's something you should know

Info Box

Employability programmes work a little differently from other courses, especially when it comes to eligibility. For example, someone from Glasgow wouldn't be eligible for a programme taking place in North Ayrshire, and vice versa. Check the Postcode Eligibility tab in the Things to Know section to make sure this programme is open to you.
