If you have a health issue and are currently working or planning to return to work after a period of absence this service provides support for employed and self employed individuals. Our vocational rehabilitation team can offer assistance with the following:-
FREE and CONFIDENTIAL SUPPORT
Rapid access to assessment advice
Access to occupational therapy, physiotherapy and talking therapies
Signposting to other relevant services
Return to work action plans
Working collaboratively with employers / employees to help
facilitate a successful return to work
You will work collaboratively with a qualified case manager.
