Construction Skills in Partnership with Morrisons Construction Programme will be delivered to unemployed people to help them to progress into employment.
West College Scotland will provide 12 week Groundworks Construction programme including CSCS Card and 2 weeks work experience .
The students will undertake a two week work placement with Morrisons Construction or their subcontractors for the new Paisley Grammar School on Renfrew Road.
This will be followed by an interview for all students that complete their work placement.
The participants will gain experience and qualifications in the following;
Eligible Groups:Not in Full Time Education, In Receipt of Benefit, Disabled Person, Lone Parent, Homeless / At Risk of Homelessness, Care Experienced, Refugee, LGBT+, BME Groups, Substance Misuse, Health Conditions, Long Term Unemployment, Redundant/Facing Redundancy
