Our Employment Training and Skills (ETS) services provide young people in Scotland with skills and qualifications they can build on and develop throughout their working life.
We run more than 140 diverse community-based services across Scotland, working with and supporting over 16,300 vulnerable children, young people and families.
Among them is Barnardo’s Works, which supports young people to transition into the world of work, offering a range of locally based employability services. It has has offices and training bases across Scotland where we are able to deliver our employability programmes.
