My name is Graeme, I am the Employability Coordinator for Include Me 2 Club in Barrhead, a charity that supports people with additional support needs. My role is to support 16-24 year olds that are not currently in employment, education or training find support for volunteering, skills and preparation for finding a job. We support young people who live within East Renfrewshire Council, who are in search of a positive destination through working on their life skills, confidence and personal development. We have routes into Retail through our volunteering programme in our Social Blend Cafe and Gift Shop and offer courses and accreditations.
