About Change Mental Health – Employability Support Project
Change Mental Health Employability Support Project works with people affected bymental illness to enable them to realise their potential and support them to develop confidence and build their resilience. We work closely with people to develop core skills that they identify as being important to reaching their employability goals, such as punctuality, meeting deadlines, literacy, numeracy and communication.
The main outcomes of the project are that individuals feel:
An increased confidence in their social skills
An improved knowledge and increased confidence in their I.T skills
An increase in their core skills such as decision-making and teamwork
