Project Scotland, part of the volunteering matters family, is delivering a project in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, aiming to provide employability and mentoring support to young people aged 16-24. Our project works with young people to break down their barriers and utilise volunteering as a route to employment. Volunteering can provide vital experience, a chance to build/enhance skills, and assist in growing confidence and interpersonal skills
