Modern Apprenticeship (MA) training enables people in paid work to develop and learn new skills from SCQF level 5 to level 12. This includes technical and professional levels, and training to support upskilling new and existing staff. Modern Apprenticeship (MA) programme working in a real working environment completing a portfolio based qualification. The candidate will gain a qualification in Business Administration at SCQF Level 5 or SCQF Level 6, and will ‘earn as they learn’ with full support from a qualified Assessor within the Business. This can be a brand new employee or helping to upskill existing employees subject to criteria.
The dual purpose of the Modern Apprentice programme is to support people to learn while in work and to encourage economic growth across Scotland.
