A flexible programme of support to meet the needs of Care Experienced Young People seeking to gain employment, grow and develop a career or sustain participation in Further Education.
Through our ‘Trusted Professional’ role we will provide a broad range of support through a 1:1 case management approach. Support is available for up to 1 year and the programme is structured to include personalised 1:1 support, holistic support, strong relationships, progression in to positive destinations and aftercare support and signposting to specialist provision as required.
