Our programme is designed to meet the needs of all our participants offering support throughout their journey to, from, and in employment. We specialise in providing free, confidential help with employability, training, well-being / life skills and in-work support. Our Employment Development Coordinators (EDCs) work holistically with clients providing a person centred programme developing and using SMART Action Plans to help achieve their goals.
We can help people by signposting to professional services for support.
Our own resources include workbooks in:
Money Management
Tenancy Sustainment
Healthy Relationships
Understanding Addictions
We also use online learning platforms including:
CV’s that work
Interview Techniques
Confidence at Work
Digital Skills
Job Search Strategy
JETS approved courses
We can assist with support in volunteering including in our own charity shops where additional certificated learning can be gained.
