The Salvation Army’s Employment Plus service offers tailored support to help participants become job-ready. Our aim is to help job seekers to get a job and stay in work. Our 1:1 support empowers individuals to overcome obstacles they face professionally and personally, and to fulfil their life ambitions. A blended, flexible approach is offered, allowing for face to face meetings within our centres, online sessions and telephone support. Project is on-going.
