If you are unemployed and not in full time education (More than 12hrs is classed as full time for this program) and would like support to access different employers and get help to prepare for work then this is the program for you.
We can support for 12-18months pre work and then support for a further 12 months of in work support once a job is found and secured.
We have access to funding to support our participants to either gain a sector qualification or if equipment is required. We also look to support with financial constraints such as first months bus pass, food shopping vouchers and/or anything that will help someone reach their first wage.
Eligible Groups:Not in Full Time Education, In Receipt of Benefit, Disabled Person, Lone Parent, Homeless / At Risk of Homelessness, Care Experienced, Refugee, Ex-Offender, LGBT+, BME Groups, Substance Misuse, Health Conditions, Long Term Unemployment, Redundant/Facing Redundancy
Attendance Pattern:Weekly engagement that is flexed to suit the individual
