Fair Start Scotland is the Scottish Government’s employability support service. It is a voluntary service to help unemployed people who want to work, including those with complex issues, find suitable, sustainable, fair work through a person-centred and tailored support approach.
As part of this service, StartScotland through our Delivery Partner – The Lennox Partnership offer innovative services through our skilled staff to improve lives and help people to find solutions to support their journey into employment.
We tailor our services to meet individual needs and circumstances, with a variety of interventions delivered to meet those needs. We recognise that some people need support and guidance to find the right job, but others can benefit from our wider services around health and wellbeing, budgeting, and skills development.
