VIAS Supported Employment Service called Triple E.
Triple E is a personal 1-2-1, Stage 1-5 employability service coaching individuals with autism, learning disabilities and or difficulties into long term employment. Through our structured process our success rate is currently running at plus 70% of all who have started our program. Our Aim is to Elevate everyone’s existing skills, treating everyone Equally and having a trust when working together we believe we will produce Excellence together. This raises the potential employability of all on our program, to enhance their lives and independence.
We believe in a Scotland where people with learning disabilities or autism have the same opportunities as everyone else and are supported to achieve these goals, whether to work, live where they want to live or to have a relationship.
