Working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council our supported employment service Triple E is a person-centred 1-2-1, supported employability service that assists individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or other difficulties in long-term employment. Whatever any individual aspirations are we will focus our attention on meeting those job aspirations. We will elevate everyone’s existing skill set, and treat everyone equally, and when working together, we will produce excellence. Focus on long-term employment and personal independence.
We believe in a Scotland where people with learning disabilities or autism have the same opportunities as everyone else and are supported to achieve these goals, whether to work, live where they want to live or have a relationship.
