Triple-E is a supported employment services program. We specialize in supporting individuals with autism, physical and or learning disabilities and or learning difficulties. We are a personal 1-2-1 service covering stages 1 – 5 in supported employment.
Our services will create a trust and bond with each individual, understanding their current skills and needs. Then a plan will be created by our coaches to enhance their existing skills and with joint focus and attention, we will without doubt elevate their chances of achieving gainful employment. Our coaches will identify jobs matching each individuals talents and assist them to apply for them. Where required we will even attend the interview and when they are successful, we will be by their side to assist and support them to develop within their new workplace. However we will always be available for both employee and employer to support either throughout the employment journey.
